The mission of BolderBlue Leadership is this: To help entrepreneurs and business leaders prepare for the highest level of achievement in both their personal and corporate lives. We do this through holistic, values-based coaching that maximizes long-term trajectories.
The Approach
My approach to coaching and mentoring is highly personalized and draws on my deep experience working with motivated, passionate individuals who are ready for the next stage in their journey.
Our work together will emphasize values, vision, prioritization, discipline and development of strong and sustaining habits. It’s about building a foundation so you can develop into the bold, focused leader you want to be.
How We Will Work Together
Offering a combination of one-on-one coaching and targeted advice, each of my three personal coaching engagement options can be customized to meet your goals.
All three options include bi-weekly virtual meetings over a 4 to 6 month period to start. You will receive detailed feedback and summaries following each meeting and I’ll be available by email or phone in between our scheduled sessions.
Pricing will be negotiated based on the option you choose and your specific objectives.

If you’re looking for a sounding board and the insights of someone who’s been there, this is the package for you. It’s a particularly good fit for emerging corporate leaders who may be in a new and challenging role with a focus on technology. It also works well for entrepreneurs who want to balance their creative and innovative leadership style with business fundamentals.
